East Midlands TrainsYou can travel First Class with East Midlands Trains on weekends and bank holidays for just £9. Travel must be on the East Midlands Trains network and some ticket types are excluded.

Cross Country Trains – First Class weekend upgrades

National Express East AngliaNational Express East Anglia offers upgrades on InterCity train services on the Norwich to London line of their rail network. They are available on weekends and public holidays.

If you have a Standard Class ticket, you can pay the excess fare when you are on the train. Tickets are only £7 for the National Express East Anglia Weekend First.

First TransPennine Express – Weekend First

First-TransPennine-ExpressWeekend First is also available on First TransPennine Express trains which serve Manchester, Leeds, York, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Sheffield, Glasgow, Edinburgh and many other cities.

For only £6 (£10 on Manchester to Edinburgh or Glasgow) you can upgrade to First Class when travelling on the First TransPennine Express network.

The Weekend First upgrade is available Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. If you have a Standard ticket you can upgrade on the train.

For only £6 to £10 get First Transpennine Express Weekend First Class tickets.
